Navora Refund Policy

At Navora, we strive to provide the best learning experience in music and personality development. We understand that circumstances may arise where students may wish to request a refund. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both students and our teachers.


1. Demo Sessions

Demo sessions are non-refundable as they are provided to help students evaluate our teaching style before enrolling.


2. Course Fees

1-Month Plan: Refund requests will be accepted within 3 days of the first live class. After this period, fees are non-refundable.

3-Month, 6-Month & 12-Month Plans: Refund requests will be accepted within 7 days of the first live class. After this period, fees are non-refundable.


3. Non-Eligibility for Refund


Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If the student misses classes (recordings will be available).

If the student is dissatisfied due to lack of practice or progress on their part.

For partially completed courses or unused portions of a subscription.


4. Class Cancellations by Navora

If Navora cancels a course or batch without rescheduling, students will receive a 100% refund for the remaining classes.


5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
